\u00d3scar y Pilar comenzaron su andadura empresarial en 2008, despu\u00e9s de recorrer mucho mundo, y crearon un bar de tapas muy peque\u00f1o, \u201cEl Toque\u201d, que con los a\u00f1os fueron puliendo hasta convertirlo en un referente de la gastronom\u00eda en Estepona.<\/p>

Hubo un tiempo en que, al pasear junto a la Iglesia del Carmen, era imposible no detenerse ante la estampa inconfundible de El Toque: mesas llenas, risas compartidas y ese aroma inconfundible de cocina bien hecha. Sus patatas bravas, sus tostas y sus pinchos conquistaron durante a\u00f1os a esteponeros y visitantes, convirti\u00e9ndolo en un referente gastron\u00f3mico de la ciudad.<\/p>

Pero todo ciclo tiene su final. En octubre de 2022, el famoso Toque cerr\u00f3 sus puertas, dejando un hueco en el coraz\u00f3n \u2013y el est\u00f3mago\u2013 de muchos. Todav\u00eda hay quien, por costumbre, llama para reservar sin saber que este rinc\u00f3n tan querido ya no est\u00e1 en funcionamiento. Sus propietarios emprendieron dos meses despu\u00e9s un nuevo camino en la Av. Andaluc\u00eda, 239, cambiando totalmente el formato y dirigiendo un restaurante a la carta, Kuvo<\/b><\/a>, que ofrece una experiencia gastron\u00f3mica totalmente diferente.<\/p>

En Kuvo nos encontramos una oferta m\u00e1s depurada e interesante, con un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n de 13 pases, con opci\u00f3n de maridaje, con elaboraciones como la berenjena asada con bogavante y vinagreta de yuzu y miso, el steak tartar, la corvina salvaje o el solomillo. Un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n donde los platos van cambiando a lo largo del mes en curso, lo que convierte esta experiencia gastron\u00f3mica en toda una sorpresa.<\/p>\t <\/div> <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
